Darrell Vernum

Darrell worked at the primary, secondary/preparatory and tertiary levels at some of the top-rated private schools in New York, conducting and directing since 1986. He has been a professional producer, director, performer and private instructor/mentor in Austin, Texas since 2009. 

Performing since 1980, Darrell has worked with all levels of musicians, from beginners to professionals in a wide variety of genres in many facets of music production, from center stage to backstage and in the recording studio.

Jordan Karam

Jordan Karam is a 26 year old full time musician who has been teaching private and group guitar lessons, as well as performing professionally, for 10 years. He has worked with students of all ages, skill levels and styles with fantastic results. He is very well educated in music theory and incorporates it into every lesson. 

Jordan was born in Detroit, Michigan. He is the lead singer and guitar player of rock and roll band, Trace of Lime. The whole band moved to Austin 2 years ago and performs regularly.

Aside from teaching, Jordan worked as music therapist for children with mental disabilities. He has built years of experience with children and helping them make their own connections with the music.
