Erica Telisnor

Erica Telisnor is a 26 year-old composer, arranger, producer, pianist and music educator from Boston, Massachusetts. For high school, she attended Boston Arts Academy, the city's first and only public school for the visual and performing arts. There she deepened her love for composition and arranging and through visiting artist workshops and clinics, was able to receive mentorship from premiere musicians including Patrice Rushen, Victor Wooten, Jon Faddis, Bobby McFerrin and Nnenna Freelon just to name a few. 

In 2013, Erica began her studies at Berklee College of Music and majored in Contemporary Writing and Production. Upon completing Berklee in 2015, she was selected along with a few other graduates, to arrange music for honorary doctorate recipient Dee Dee Bridgewater. 

After college, Erica relocated to New York City where she began working as a freelance musician, composer and arranger. She worked with several artists in music and theater including Rafael Casal (HBO Def Jam Poetry), David Diggs (original "Hamilton" broadway cast), Black Thought (The Roots), Carvens Lissaint ("Hamilton" touring cast) and Samora Pinderhughes (August Greene). In 2017, she returned to Boston and continued her freelance work as a music producer collaborating with Boston-based artists on various local projects. With all of her artistic endeavors, Erica has maintained a private lesson practice in piano and most recently, voice. In addition to teaching part-time, she is also actively working as a composer with Boston based theater company "On With Living and Learning", an all women theater collective aimed to address social
issues impacting women and youth. 

As an educator, Erica currently works as an adjunct faculty member at Boston Arts Academy in the vocal jazz department, faculty with Berklee City Music (youth outreach program) as a theory instructor and Hamilton Garrett-Music and Arts Academy as a voice teacher.

Victor Nite is a classical guitarist, multi instrumentalist and an alumni of Berklee College of Music where he studied music production and audio engineering. Adding to his experience, he has performed and toured with notable artists in the U.S. and around the world and has made several feature appearances on television networks like MTV and BET. 

Having acquired extensive knowledge over the years tutoring guitar and piano, Victor has customized guitar fingering lesson patterns which help students play the acoustic guitar sooner than expected.
